Best results with clomid on which day of your cycle?

About to have my first go with clomid. My bf and I have been trying for a year. I have 2 older daughters from a previous relationship. Also a very regular cycle.

I don't remember if it was 3-7 or 5-9 last time I got pregnant, but this time I'm taking it 3-7.. currently on day 3 of clomid,  CD 5. Good luck, my last pregnancy with clomid produced b/g twins.. 10yrs old now

Your doc should be telling you what days to take it. I'm supposed to take it 3-7 of my cycle.

I'm taking it days 2-6 but my Gyno said I can take any days from 2-9
