Spotting—- updated

So Friday I took a test and it came back positive. I am 4w 4d. Well I started spotting today. At first it was pink and very little. I just went potty and the spotting is heavier and I also seen what looks like clotting. Should I be worried? I mean I am extremely nervous but I’m trying to stay calm. Please this is my first pregnancy. Is it normal to spot like this?

I miscarriaged but am getting a shot(Rogam) to prevent any other miscarriages. So this is a blessing. If I don’t get this shot I will keep having miscarriage.
