Eczema?

So my daughter had fifths disease that cleared up a couple of days ago but now the pediatrician is saying that this is eczema! And I’m looking at this poor little mamas face and it red and hot and omg she looks like she has a big red beard! 😩😩 it’s not always this red but holy hell when it gets red it’s painful for me to look at her! I have used baby eczema cream 3 different brands, changed her bath soap to dove, and have tried aquaphor. Nothing works. But to me this doesn’t look like eczema. She has eczema on her back and it doesn’t look anything like this! it isn’t this freakin red! HELP!!!!
