Is venting about how someone has hurt you considered talking Shit

So here is a bit of drama. So I had this so called friend. Well she wasn't the best at time. She has put me in horrible situations before like making me get in a car with her boyfriends best friend by myself. Btw I never met this guy but he apparently had a thing for me. Well she knew I was very uncomfortable because I told her I was and because I was raped before and she knows it. Well I am also in a long distant relationship and she knows that also. So during this car ride I was on the phone with my boyfriend the whole time. Also she decided to talk about my rape story to someone else like it was nothing. She and my boyfriend were the only ones who knew. So that was pretty messed up of her. She also said some other messed up things about family and my boyfriend but I'll stop there. So really I want to know if what I just did was talk shit or vent or what. Because these are facts not rumors. I honestly dont even feel like I can vent to "friends" anymore and thats sad because this is obviously serious for me. Please be honest. I honestly dont know what to think anymore.
