Cramping after sex...

So Friday 24th/early hours of the 25th I lost my virginity to this guy I'm seeing... So we used a condom but like in the heat of the moment he did like a few pumps in me without a condom for like 10 seconds... which was idiotic... he didn't come in me or anything but still... anyway I'm on the pill for my acne but i don't take it like religiously everyday at the same time and I forgot to take one last week so i was still stressed... So yesterday (27th) I went and got the morning after pill (the strongest 5 day one) and today I've been feeling a bit of cramping and I'm not sure if that's a side effect of the morning after pill or what.... pls help im stressed!!!!
