NEED ADVICE FROM MOMS OR ANYONE WHOS MISCARRIED

I’ll make this at short as possible and tell you what you need to know.

1. I took 3 pregnancy tests last week. All were positive. Two were faint lines and the third was a positive first response digital.

2. Id been cramping and having very light bleeding. After a couple days the blood was brown.

3. On Sunday I started bleeding more heavily, and red.

4. ER said My urine tested negative for pregnancy.

5. Went home and took another digital test and it was positive!

I’m under the impression that I’m miscarrying but very weird that the ER did not pick up on the hormone.. no way that all 4 of my pregnancy tests were wrong.

Anyone have a similar experience? Or bleeding early in pregnancy? Tbh the blood was a medium flow, my period is heavier than it was. I only “bled” for two days and today it was light pink again and all my cramps are gone so far.
