Brown spotting?

Hey guys so I took a pregnancy test aug. 2nd and they both came out positive but that night I started bleeding like as if I was on my period and then the next day August 3rd I went to the clinic to take a pregnancy test and it came out negative.. soo i left it alone. But then I took another pregnancy test August 20th and again they both came out positive so I went to the clinic next day and they said I’m pregnant 2 weeks and 4 days. Now today I’m 3 weeks and a few days and I woke up this morning went to the restroom and had a brown discharge when I wiped. But I have no cramps! Did anyone else have this?
