How bad are your cramps? (Rating on pain)

When I was younger I cramped so bad that I couldn't walk, and whenever I would eat it would just come back up. So I started working out (heavily) and now my cramps are so low I can barely tell when my cycle about to come on. I also drink LOTS of water, which really helps.

When I was younger, the doctors thought my appendix had burst... It was just cramps and I got my period a day later lol. The pain has gotten a lot better now that I'm older.
