What is easier taking care of your own baby or a friends baby? Explained in description.

Question

So I babysit this baby and he is so difficult. He is so sweet and happy and I love him to death but... he is difficult. 
I just wonder if it’s easier with your own baby or when you babysit another baby? 
Say under a year old.. I know if your babysit you get to drop that baby off and you have to keep your baby so its hard to compare.
Ignoring that fact if you can..
Maybe I just don’t know because I dont have a kid.   
Just wondering if maybe it’s easier with your own baby because y’all know each other or if it’s easier with someone else’s baby because you are “new” to them?
I worry that I would be able to deal with a difficult baby all the time.. I know this may be a difficult stupid question.
I guess I just want to ease my anxiety and see what others say.

You know everything when it comes to your own baby. You’re around them all the time you learn their cries and their wants. I’ve always struggled with other people’s kids if I’m not around them enough.

I can’t handle other babies or toddlers alone for very long but my own is my sidekick. My buddy. I can’t be without him for more than a few hours without feeling sad and needing to get back to him. He’s 15 months old now and we’ve always been inseparable.

When I was pregnant I was watching my sisters son. I had been watching him basically since he was born so to this day I’m a second mother to him. Once my daughter was born I waited a month and then resumed watching him. The only difference between taking care of him and my daughter is that I have to take care of Zoe at night as well. Now that they’re older it’s easier to watch them together because they keep each other entertained!

I run daycare and let me just say it's sooooo much easier to be patient with my kid than with someone else's. I just love my baby so much and while I like the kids I tend to I don't love them.

I use to babysit but my son is way lot harder, i cant drop him off when i have had enought of him playing up or getting into the over dryer etc. With babysitting normally the parents tell you what to do etc with their kid, with your own child you are alone and have to make decitions and sometimes uou arent sure if its the right one.

There are a lot of factors that would determine that. Every kid is going to present a different set of challenges and if we’re ignoring the fact we give back the kid we babysit, I’m not sure how I would answer this. Raising kids is hard. As a teacher, I will say my own kid is easier than most kids I work with but that’s because the majority come from rough homes and a serious lack of discipline.
