Pregnancy fitness
Hey girls,
I noticed a lot of advice regarding pregnancy and fitness is contradicting each other. My GP told me exercise is good but no high intensity stuff. Also crunches are bad in pregnancy and there are a lot of exercises you can't do because they require lying on your back which apparently is also bad news. I got so confused I stopped working out altogether. But then I caught sight of my sagging butt in the mirror lately and decided enough is enough. I devised my own little workout (takes less than 10 minutes) with exercises that I know are effective and safe. Have been doing this every other day, from the comfort of my own bathroom, with 5kg dumbbells for the weighted moves. Anyone who wants to keep some sort of muscle tone during pregnancy without overdoing it: feel free to steal!
