Implantation or miscarriage

Just found out I'm pregnant on Friday now I'm having spotting when I wipe and see it in the toilet bowl theirs blood in my urine I'm having mild cramps like a period its light pink I did spot 3 days before expected period but lasted hours I should have started my period yesterday on Monday im mentally preparing myself in case its a miscarriage and think of it as being abnornak and your body just rejecting it
