So I had my second daughter Thursday 8/23/18. So to start, I was in early labor for 2 days 😪 steady contractions every 5 minutes but was only at a 2! It lead to many times at the hospital only to be sent home. So Wednesday night I go in and they check me and I was at a 2 and 60% effaced. So they gave me fluids and then sent me home. I was up the whole night and then around 5 am the contractions started getting even worse and about 2 minutes apart. 😒 I couldn’t walk or talk and literally I only wanted to swear during contractions 😂😂 so I woke up my boyfriend and we drove the 30 minutes to the hospital.

So I tell him to drop me off, as in at the door and park, THIS DUMBASS DROPPED ME OFF AND WENT HOME😂😂

So they checked me and thank god, I was at a 4 and 90% effaced. So I called him and he came back. The put me into a room and started fluids, because there was no way I wasn’t getting an epidural! 🙌🏻 so after the fluids (about an hour) they came and and did my epidural, I was hoping to take a nap and get some rest because my first took 14 hours ! But this one had a different idea. About 15 minutes after they did it I felt SO much pressure so I had the nurse check me and I was a 9 and 100% effaced ! 😍😍 at this point my contractions were just pressure, but after another 10 minutes I made them check me again and I was at a 10 and they could see the baby ! They had enough time to call in the doctor, who was the best doctor ever, and she was out in 3 pushes !! Only a small tear, like a papercut they said, with one stitch! 😅 the worst part was the pushing because the epidural didn’t really have time to fully work ! I went in at 11:22am and I had my second baby girl at 1:51pm. Meet Annukka Renee 💕💕
