Feel defeated need support.

So I started my first round of fermara and took it like I was supposed to.. went for the ultrasound today to check my follicles.. I have a 8 but they are all around 7mm and my lining is thin. I’ve been opk and was getting really hopeful but bam go to the doctor for bad news. Also they see something in my uterus. I just had a laparoscopy, and 3 weeks ago it was clear. They took blood to test my progesterone to see if I’ve already ovulated and for a pregnancy test. She said she is ruling out that it’s early implantation... why idk but she is checking for a pregnancy... I’m confused and need guidance anyone had this happen? I’m just praying for a miracle. Tips or tricks are welcome.. advice and support needed.
