Cloudy watery CM?!

Question

Hi ladies so I had a positive OPK on CD13 and had cramping and everything so I'm pretty sure I O'd but now I'm on CD17 and have watery CM Which could mean I'm fertile BUT it's cloudy. Have any of you ever experienced this?! Oh and my temp spikes this morning too?! I'm so confused help please!!

I checked my cervix which is hard to do bc mine is ALWAYS high as F*** and it's for sure closed! Like usually during my entire cycle it's always at a medium this is the first time or closed. It's that normal?
