Thrush in 18 month old

Hi.

Just looking for advise as can’t get in the doctors with my daughter at the min.

She developed thrush in the mouth last week I took her doctors and they gave me some drop for her mouth,

I’ve noticed today that her mouth looks bloody and sore, she is drinking and eating the same as normal doesn’t seem unwell in herself. And now I have noticed that she has a pimply nappy rash really red and raised and this is spreading all around her lady area..

Will be getting her in the doctors in morning but just wondered if anyone had some advise please
