7 Week Old Possibly Teething???

Okay, so, we know he has colic and gas and I've been giving him gas drops per doctor recommendation. However, he has also started drooling and chewing on his hands, which if I remember correctly with my daughter, that's a sign of teething. Is it possible? My mom said some babies have teeth come in by 4 months, so I'm curious. I bought teething rings to put in the fridge anyway because it may distract or soothe him regardless but is it possible? Lol
