Confused can anyone help

Ok so here's my short  but long I started to bleed medium on Thursday and had come and go cramps that were kinda intense Friday -yesterday I started to bleed heavy I called my ob and they told me to go to the hospital yesterday so I did I told my ob that I was passing much bigger clots of blood then normal so I went to the hospital and told the dr I seen yesterday the same thing they did a urin analyst and blood work they told me that everything came back normal and the blood work was negative for pregnancy  then my bleeding had stopped after I came home from the hospital last night then came back very lil bit then stopped , today I had sex with my husband today and when I went to the bathroom after the bleeding came back but was very light then a few hours ago I had gone to the bathroom again and I had passed yet another big clot of blood and or tissue like stuff anyone have in site or suggestions on what's going on or what else I should do , if I should call. My ob again and make an apt with them and see what they say
