Tried this new workout! (New to me)
I took half a scoop of preworkout and man did this still kick my butt! But I completed all of it with 5 seconds in between (to read what the next one was haha) Excited to see what a weeks worth can do to my body to get myself healthy again, has anyone else tried this workout and get great results, will post before and after pics a week from today (Today, August 29,2018)
