Alright so, im almost embarrassed to even be posting this. Also, have no idea if this is the right group or not 🤷‍♀️

I just had our baby 7 weeks ago. We had sex the first time at 4.5 weeks PP ( was approved by midwife). We used a condom.

I decided to take an opk today to start maybe tracking when ovulation is occurring. ( curious about when I'll get period) I'm ebf. My husband has a pre op appt on the 4th for his vasectomy.

Anways, I got a blazing positive opk. K fine, cool. Then I thought meh for shits I'll take a pregnancy test. Also, blazing positive.

We ARE NOT trying to have another baby and have used condoms the 5 times we have had sex pp. Is this residual hcg from pregnancy/ birth or is it a true positive?
