Ive had an amazing experience with Lena! They email you when you use your cup and check in how everything is going. They will listen and work with you to solve any problems almost immediately. If you need a different cup (whether is a different firmness or size) they will send you one for free. :)

My first cup was the Lunette and it was way to soft for me I use the Lena cup it is perfect

I bought both when I first started using cups because I wanted to have a backup and also wasn't sure which one would fit me best. 
I prefer the Lunette personally. Its tapered bottom is easier for me to remove, it's also just generally more comfortable.
