Twins?!?!?!?!?!

So i knew I was pregnant the WEEK after I conceived idk why I just did. I was nauseous and knew it had to be pregnancy. I took a test 10 DPO which I thought was pretty early but got three very obvious bold positives. I have had several vivid dreams about having twins and this awful gut feeling that there's more than  one little one growing. Not to mention I am showing at only 5w1d even though I know that it's bloating. So I guess what I'm wanting to know is.... are there any tell tale signs it could be twins before doctor confirmation.

I got my bfp a 8dpo. My husband knew 3 days after ovulation I was pregnant. My 2nd son told me before my bfp that there were babies in my tummy. I also had a dream of twins. I was having pregnancy symtoms, but ones that occur in the 3rd trimester mainly. Once I knew I was pregnant I kept telling my hubby I felt way more pregnant than I should be. An ultrasound at 5w6d confirmed twins.

Now I'm 26 weeks with a boy and a girl!

I was extremely tired. Always wanted to sleep. No energy for nothing. Eating was very little. Smells made me sick.

I always get BFPs early. I always show early. I only have singles. It's just me, I know, but I'm saying pregnancy comes in all shapes and sizes.

Go in friday for my first doctor appointment at 5w4d and she will more than likely do an u/s. Not sure if I'm excited or scared about the possibility of twins! :-)

That's how I feel! I'm 5 weeks, 1 day and I have had morning sickness, lower back pain, and my sense of smell has been ridiculous since week 3!! I am also extremely emotional. I have two babies already and I didn't start having these symptoms until about weeks 5 and 6. I have "that feeling" that there are twins also.

I never imagined twins but I remember my 1st visit at 6 weeks I told my doctor I am so tired and nauseous already compared to my other pregnancies. She kinda just blew it off and told me every pregnancy is different and I was like yeah you have that right. The following week I found out I was carrying twins via ultrasound.

Just found out that I'm having twins!! I kinda had a feeling cuz I'm already showing I don't have any nausea yet but I have a feeling as soon as 8 weeks comes around its gonna start. Anyways I'm only 6 weeks and I look like I'm 3 months already

I knew with how strong my nausea was. And just had that inner feeling that they were but didn't really expect it because it's kinda rare:) good luck.. Update here when you find out !!!
