There are different levels of knife play but shouldn't be done with just anyone.. it is a knife after all. You have to have 100% trust to do it. You need to begin slow and simple, just using the knife to graze the skin but not puncture or cut the skin at all and do not use on sensitive areas when beginning. Progress as you get more comfortable but still, go slow.
