Pregnancy cramps

Is anyone getting intermittent pregnancy cramps? I am, and they feel like period cramps, and i know it’s everything stretching and not to worry unless they’re super painful and accompanied by bleeding but it’s starting to freak me out... I’m 6 wks tomorrow.
