Mucus plug..

I'm 11 weeks with twins and every day for the last week or so I have this mucus when I wipe. Easiest way to describe it would be a glob of white/yellowish/cloudy stuff. Someone said it could be part of my mucus plug? This is my first pregnancy so I'm not sure what's normal and what's not. It doesn't smell and I've had no itchy or burning at all.
