Got a negative test today after a positive

Hi all, I got a positive result last thursday, and took another test today almost a week later. It's negative today; according to glow I'm 4 weeks and 4 days. AF is not here yet, so could it be a fluke? Should I get another test to take or is it safe to say this is the beginning of the end?? :(
