Anyone ever used this type of stroller?

It says its compatible for most brand name carseats, i was wondering if anyone ever used this type of stroller and if so, what brand of carseat did you use?

My friend had that stroller. She used baby trend and Graco car seat on it. 
I actually gave her mine soon after so she used that for only a month.. so then she had 2 baby trend seats. 
This is the one I gave her. I loved it with my son and nephew.

This is the adaptor I got. I was gifted this stroller with us so I’m not sure where to buy it by itself. I gave my friend my baby trend seat so that she didn’t need an adaptor 😊

I used the single snap n go with the Graco Snugride Click Connect car seat. It did the job. My LO was born in winter and it didn't do great in the snow though.
