Okay, so, my fiancé and I are getting married Friday and we've both decided we'd like to start TTC in the beginning of next year but we want it to be a complete surprise to our family! So here's why I'm posting on here: I am on birth control and have read that I should stop it taking 3 months in advance and whatnot. But should I go to my doctor and talk to her about it or just stop taking it three months in advance?
