HELP WITH BABIES TEST RESULTS

Can someone help me out?! My baby has been fussy since about two weeks of age. And when I say fussy I mean she screams literally all day from 6am when she wakes up to 9pm when she goes to bed. Sleeping for a total of about 25 min all day.

She was breastfeeding up until about a week ago when the doctor switched her to Nutramigen. She has not gotten much better.

THIS IS WHERE IT GETS SCARY.

They did some blood work and took her urine and her White count is high, her platelet count is high and her urine showed protein. Any idea what could be going on? They thought it was a bladder infection at first but the culture did not show that. We are kind of at a loss?????
