Should I leave!?

My boyfriend has gone crazy!! He is always accusing me of cheating and lying while he's at work and I don't be doing anything wrong I sit at my house all day till he gets off I mean I can't go nowhere I don't own my own vehicle I borrow my granddaddy's car to go to work on the days I do when my boyfriend can't take me but he claims I'm cheating and I'm always texting me constantly all day and then even when I get home from work we together every night but he says he wanna break and he's starting to try to get abusive and passes out or something and then wakes up and have no clue of what he said or done
