Targeted/ Advanced Ultrasound???

So my doc office just called me to tell me that my second ultrasound has been changed to a targeted ultrasound bc I used retin-a prior to learning I was pregnant.  I barely even used it and found out I was pregnant the first day of my missed period so I am really not worried.  Has anyone else had a targeted ultrasound or have any thoughts on it? I feel like telling them I would really just prefer the regular one....
