I think it started in the 2nd trimester for me. It feels like satan is licking my insides. Not fun 😫

Kicked in hard around 27 weeks. Pretty rough. Feels like your esophagus is on fire. Tums help, also a handful of almonds/ or a cup of almond milk if you get sick of tums like I did.

I've had heartburn from the beginning 😒 but they say that means the baby will have a lot of hair 😁

I dont think ive had heartburn. Never had it in my life so i dont even know what it feels like. I have been getting an acidy feeling in my throat when i go to bed which i was told was just acid reflux though.

Got it the day before my 11 week appt. I will never eat jalapeño poppers this pregnancy (I'm 38 weeks) I felt like my chest was going to kill me. I couldn't lay down because I thought I was going to vomit so I had to sleep sitting up.
