Had my 20 week scan today.

I had my 20 week scan today, baby is perfect, but I'm just wondering, if it was a bit (and we didn't find out what she thought it was) would it have been obvious? She went down that end to look at bladder etc and I didn't see anything there, but I'm wondering if it would be really obvious if it were a boy (or a girl as I now suspect)
