Bleeding from sex

I was really drunk last night, and when I get drunk I get really horny, so me & my boyfriend had sex a loooooot last night. Before he dropped me home, he fingered the crap out of me. & when I went to the bathroom I was bleeding. It wasn’t too bad but I woke up this morning & it’s still bloody. I know it’s not my period cuz it’s only bloody when I use the bathroom or if I put my finger up there. There’s also not really pain. Is this bad? What should I do?
