How to ween your baby off from breastfeeding?

Hello my baby is 11 months old today and I really wanted to slowly break him from breastfeeding. He won’t take a bottle. He will take sippy cups. He has had whole milk and the couple of times he has had it he did well with it. I really wanted to breastfeed until I had our next one but no luck in getting pregnant 😑😩. I would like  some ideas on how you were able to break your babies from breastfeeding please? 😊

We gradually cut one feeding at a time, I tried to follow his lead when deciding which feedings to cut (bedtime was the last to go).
We got rid of night feedings first , with no replacement (these were "comfort nursing" and it was time he started sleeping through the night). Then midday feedings, one at a time, replacing with sippy cups of whole milk or almond milk. Soon he dropped his morning feed and just wanted to go straight to breakfast solids, and once we were down to just that one bedtime feeding I eventually decided one day that would be our last day and he now gets a sippy cup before bed instead. 
Not counting night weaning, which we did around 10 months, the rest was a process between about 12 and 14 months. Slowly cutting one at a time was the best thing for me too, my body naturally adjusted supply so I had no problems with engorgement when we stopped.
