Insomnia?
I’m not sure where to post this, but basically I have major problems with my sleeping pattern. Ever since I was little I had troubles sleeping, I remember when I was around 12 I would go to bed at 6am and wake up an hour later for school, so my sleeping pattern has been messed up for years. I’m a full time student and I work part time. I have to wake up in less than 50 minutes for work and I haven’t even slept a bit. I’m always tired and sleepy during the day and I try to make myself stay awake so I can go to bed at night easier, but not succeess. Tonight I was really sleepy around 9pm, I said I would go to bed around 11pm-12am and here I am, 5 hours later not sleepy or tired at all whatsoever. I do not get it. Whenever I’m at uni or work, I am thankful if I get 3-4 hours sleep at night, when I’m free I sleep more but it’s the same pattern. Fall asleep around 3-5 o’clock, and wake up between 10 and 12. It’s getting so ridiculous and I’m so sick of it, I don’t drink coffee or alcohol, I don’t smoke as I’ve heard all of these can impact your sleep, nothing. Yet here I am having trouble sleeping since I was a pre teenager. Could I have insomnia? I’m seriously thinking about seeing a doctor about this because it’s starting to really piss me off 😒
