Vitex to fix irregular cycle
Anyone try Vitex to help with cycles, im 35, started it about 2 weeks ago and it started my period after a 50 day cycle, im all over the place with cycles, usually long ones, and had a 6 day period, which is amazing!! Hoping it continues to help regulate my horomones and bring BFP, any success stories or other herbs that help?
