Coffee lovers????

Anyone on here a coffee lover and TTC or pregnant?

Is coffee not good for you while pregnant? My mother told me she drank coffee throughout her pregnancy with all of her kids.

I'm TTC and I'm just thinking about how am I going to cut back on my coffee. I live and breath coffee!!  Help!

I just bought some decaf and am mixing it in with my normal coffee. It's a pain, but I'm cutting back on my caffeine while ttc! I will try to do straight decaf once I get my bfp!

I was told I could have one cup a day when I was pregnant with DS. Like 8-10oz of Caffeine a day I think they said.

I'm in the same boat. Loooove coffee and don't think I will cut back until I am pregnant. TTC for 5 months now.

I thought the same thing. Then bam when I got pregnant I couldn't stand the thought of coffee! I am 10 weeks and haven't had any in that time.

Caffeine isn't good for ttc or during pregnancy but I do drink coffee . I only have 1 cup a day . I don't think drinking a cup a day will hurt me

My dr told me equivalent of two espresso shots a day like two cups of coffee. I usually have a two espresso drink every other day. I don't drink decaf because they make decaf by using formaldehyde
