For those at your 13 week mark, how much did you gain in the first trimester?

I was 255lbs at 5 weeks 2 days and my lowest weight at 13 weeks exactly was 231lbs. 
I have HG (extreme pregnancy sickness with vomiting) and have already been in the hospital once. I am home from
work until the end of next week and I hope that I am feeling better by then...
Despite the weight loss, my pants don’t fit... I had to get maternity jeans last week.

Put on 13 pounds and thank the good Lord for it. With my first, I lost all the baby weight plus 20 extra pounds. 😭😭 Talk about looking like a skeleton.

Depends on how much you weigh to begin with to know what is healthy. For those overweight, 15 overall is a good goal. For me, I'm in the normal range so I'm aiming for 25-30 overall. For those underweight, 40 could be healthy which is essentially a pound a week. 
There are charts that explain good weight gain during pregnancy as well as why the extra weight is necessary and where it's going. Unless it's really out of control, pregnancy isn't the time to feel bad about gaining weight, as hard as it may be.

I was 242. at my first obgyn apt i was weighed at 247 😞 omg. Ima have to go on serious weight loss of some sort after this baby which is my 4th at 40 yrs old
