Bruise on my boob

I have this bruise on my boob, well hopefully is just a bruise & nothing serious. It came from my ex biting & grabbing on my boob too hard I think but that's been a few weeks& is still there. It's a size of a quarter, purplish blue, and is near my nipple. My friend thinks he ruptured some blood vessels. I'm just worried. Should I be worried about it or be patient until it goes away? I deleted the picture I had of it, sorry guys lol
