Does this sound like a miscarriage?

I had back pain so bad on the 27th that I thought I was in back labor again but while I got dressed to go to ER it started lessening.

A week later (yesterday, the 3rd) I had a sharp stabbing pain in my left ovary when I sat down to pee and then I had bright red blood (possibly period but it’d be a week early and I always spot for 2-3 days before a period that is never bright red) come out but only when I wiped.

Then today, the 4th, I have a stringy blood clot with a solid looking thing in the middle when I pee in the morning. My pad has no blood and no more blood/clots come out. Since then if I go to the bathroom it’s still bright red blood (again abnormal for me) but it’s now flowing like a period.

On August 6th I had a negative hpt and then 3 days spotting, 1 day with blood and 2 more days of spotting (abnormal period, it’s normally 2-3 spotting, 3 days period, 1 spot).
