Yeast Infections 😷

A couple months ago I got my first yeast infection. I tried to just use the cream without seeing a doctor, but it didn't help so I saw a doctor and got a combination of pills.

I have signs of another one (burning sensation and some clumpy discharge). I'm worried because I really don't want to see a doctor again and I'm also wondering what is causing this! I chalked it up to unclean sex last time but I haven't had sex in 3 weeks (my boyfriend is in jail 😭). What could be the cause, what can I do to prevent them, and is there any way I can stop this infection from getting worse?
