I need a new plan!!
So unfortunately I’ve gained like 15-20 pounds and it’s seriously weighing on me.
I weigh about 165-170.
Me and my hubby live on the third floor of our apartments and I’m like literally almost dying cause I can’t breathe anymore.
I get super tired super fast.
My belly sticks out so much and it’s so ugly.
I get super insecure.
I work 2 jobs, one during the day and the second I work at night.
Well I want to make a change.
I need a new diet plan and a new exercising plan!!!
I took 3 pictures of myself in my panties and bra, 2 side pics and 1 front picture and I’m not happy with myself.. please someone give me some good tips
