Bad periods...
Okay so my periods have always been "average." My cramps have always been bearable and at times they would be terrible but using a heating pad or taking midol was something that helped. However, The start of my last two or three periods have been terrible. My cramps were so bad I couldn't move, no position helped, I felt so nauseas to the point of almost throwing up (but didn't.) and overall it was terrible. I guess my question is has anyone else experienced this?
