Alright ladies.. let’s talk food!🤗

HopeFulBrit

Hey ladies my name is Brittany first time mom here (whoop whoop)🎉🎉🎉

So this is my first pregnancy and I like to think that I was pretty healthy before I worked out two times a day did weights in the morning and cardio at night I have cut back since finding out I was pregnant not by a lot but I use less weights and less time doing cardio because I want my little been to grow healthy and strong. But I have been googling pretty much every food possible that I eat. Now I know the usual all the raw food ..and you can’t have the fish or Caesar salad but I was really shocked to find deli meats on that list so I made my husband eat all of that... lol then I saw something about cheese and my husband is Greek so we eat a lot of feta cheese which made me kind of worried... although I heard if it’s pasteurized then it’s OK but I don’t usually look to see if it’s pasteurized or not but I get it from Publix so I hope it was. But for now I cut that out as well but is there anything else that I should really stay clear of I made myself a healthy juice in the morning which includes two carrots a beat apple and some cantaloupe but not too much of either. But I keep finding myself googling foods before I eat them like my husband wants to make jalapeño stuffed peppers with cream cheese stuffed in the middle wrapped in bacon which sounds amazing but I had no idea if I could have cream cheese or jalapeños but just in case if anybody was wondering I looked I googled. And jalapeños are good as long as they are cooked... lol

I saw one girl post on here about ginger too much ginger is bad for you but I thought about making my own ginger water for when the nausea gets really bad because right now I only get nauseous around the afternoon time has anyone else heard of this?

Ps.. sorry for my semi rant! Share what you found 🤗 and congratulations to all you new moms!!!!
