So I found out I was pregnant July 26. I got blood work and they said I was about 3-4 weeks. I had some one sided pain so I went to the er because I was worried, they wouldn’t do a ultrasound due to my levels being to low. Did a pelvic exam and sent me home. A few hours later I started bleeding with some clots and pretty bad cramps and passed a piece of tissue. I got my levels tested again ( at the er they were at 67) and it had dropped to 30’s they said I was 100% having a miscarriage and to come in a week and get my levels tested again because once they go down they don’t go back up. Well they went up again back in the 60’s so they scheduled an ultrasound and didn’t see anything not in uterus tubes or ovaries. Well about a week and a half later I went somewhere else and got an ultrasound and they seen a sac! They seem to think I may have miscarried and then got pregnant immediately after I went back to my doctor about 3 days later and they confirmed there was a sac that looked a little bigger with a something small in it. Well yesterday after sex I started spotting that turned into heavier bleeding not enough to fill a pad but pretty prominent when I wipe and it’s stringy like mucus blood (sorry tmi) I realized to that the times I’ve bleed are when my period it supposed to be due. Can anyone tell me what’s going on please????
