Baby girl won't breast feed 😣😭

Had my daughter on the 26th so she's only a week old. Her first 24hrs she was doing sooo well feeding and when some lady from lactation came to meet and talk she was correcting me while feeding her and ever since my girl won't latch and if she does she just sits with my nipple in her mouth.

All I'm doing is pumping and doing formula... I try to breast feed for 10mins on each side before I give up 😩 I broke down today cause I'm just so upset by this... she is getting my milk through a bottle but I wanted that bonding.

I know it's still early and she can learn but I'm so fearful she'll never do it 😭 All she does is scream at my boob. The lead from lactation at the hospital while we were there for 5 days worked really well with me and gave me a nipple shield but I feel like it's to thick for her mouth cause she has a hard time latching on it.

I'm just at a loss and feel so tired and want to keep trying but at the same time I want to just give up 😔
