Favorite sippy cup?

Question

What is you LOs favorite sippy? Shelby is 6.5 months now, still breastfeeding. She won’t take a bottle which is fine but I’d like for her to start taking a cup for a little juice or water. I have a Dr. Brown with handles but she just doesn’t understand. So what’s your baby’s favorite or which was easier for your breastfed baby to catch on? I’d rather not buy a bunch of cups she won’t even use.

Munchkin weighted straw cup. They can hold it at any angle and just suck on the straw and get water out.

As crazy as it sounds. We have two toddlers, and have used every sippy cup imaginable! Some either leak, one kid figures out how to make it leak, or they chew the spout and ruin the cup. Dollar tree has THE best cups we have ever used. We now only use them!

We have the munchkin brand weighted straw and the 360. Both of which I highly recommend

My son was also EBF and started taking a sippy cup with water at six months. He picked up on these two pretty much right away and still uses them at 21 months:

My daughter was Formula fed and while she couldn’t (and still doesn’t fully lol) get the concept of tipping up a sippy cup she took to a straw at 4 months old. We use the oxo tot transitions straw cups. They are amazing. They truly don’t leak, they are easy to clean and I’m confident they are actually clean without hidden spots, and they are durable. A little more pricey then average sippys but well worth it. Buy them on Kohl’s with coupons or buy buy baby with coupons! I would suggest against the soft spout oxo cups tho... way too fast flow for
My daughter and she was a very quick drinker and drank from y or x cut nipples on her bottles. If your looking for a good soft spout sippy cup I would try the munchkin mighty grip - it was the only one my daughter would occasionally drink from (she really only wanted the straw lol) that didn’t leak and we tried about 10 types! We started with tommy tipee beginner cup. You can remove the handle and it comes with two different nipples. One more like a bottle. Worked well.

My son was ebf and he refused every single sippy cup we tried. He didn't understand them at all. Then we got this and it worked like a charm. The straw keeps liquid on the top so you can suck first to get it up and it will stay there, so your baby will taste the drink right away and then they just know what to do!

EBF for 6 months, then we went with a munchkin 360. A bit of a learning curve but it's great now!
