I’m away in Canada for my sister’s wedding and I threw out my back this morning. I mean can’t move any part of my body without being in excruciating pain. Any recommendations on what I can do? Would it be worth finding an urgent care or emergency room here? I’ve never been in such pain and I’ve had my appendix rupture on an airplane. I know NSAIDS are out because I’m severely allergic and preggo.
