I believe it's not recommended due to your cervix being open and possible bacteria going in to your uterus while your miscarrying. Of course I'd ask your Dr just incase since cups are boiled.

It’s not recommended but I won’t lie to you, I did use one after the initial super heavy bleeding with tissue.

I couldn’t stand wearing pads and it wasn’t exactly a great option because I was a CNA at the time so when i started having my miscarriage I got the diva cup and I didn’t have any problems.
