About a week behind?

Hi! I’m just over 10 weeks pregnant after my fourth round of IUI. I had a scan around 8.5 weeks and the DR said the baby seemed about a week behind. She said that she wouldn’t be concerned if I wasn’t IUI and I’ve another scanned booked for next Monday. I am struggling to think of anything else but what could be wrong! Has anyone been through anything similar?? All advice welcome.

I had a scan at 8 weeks and measured 7+3, and a further scan at 9 weeks (because I was high risk) where I measured 7+3 again, but baby looked more developed to me. I then had one at 11 weeks and baby had caught up and measured 10+6. 
My doctor said that babies grow at different rates especially early on and even said that their particular ultrasound machine can be up to a week out on measurements at that stage as baby is so small to measure.
